- Please get your parent to fill in the details in the Travel Declaration Form, detailing your intended travel plans, for the upcoming June holidays and submit it by Monday. A nil return is required. Make sure that your parent signs the form.
- For those who are selected for the Batam Trip, please submit your passport to me on Monday. If you are going somewhere or need your passport for other valid reasons, please get your parent to give me letter stating the reason. The passports will be kept in school for safekeeping so as to minimise any administrative issues before the trip.
