Travel Plans and Batam Trip

  • Please get your parent to fill in the details in the Travel Declaration Form, detailing your intended travel plans, for the upcoming June holidays and submit it by Monday. A nil return is required. Make sure that your parent signs the form.
  • For those who are selected for the Batam Trip, please submit your passport to me on Monday. If you are going somewhere or need your passport for other valid reasons, please get your parent to give me letter stating the reason. The passports will be kept in school for safekeeping so as to minimise any administrative issues before the trip.

Compo, LC and Revision 5

  • Please be reminded that your EL Paper 1 and Listening Comprehension examinations will be held tomorrow. Read through the compositions and try to remember some of the phrases used. 
    • For the composition exam tomorrow, you will be tasked to complete one Situational Writing and one Continuous Writing within 70 minutes. Please revise your creative phrases lists and remember to strategise your timings for each piece of writing properly:
      • 20 minutes for Situational Writing
      • 50 minutes for Continuous Writing - maximum 15 minutes for planning, at least 30 minutes for writing and at least 5 minutes for checking.
  • Bring along your Compo File and LC book tomorrow for checking and safekeeping.

13. On realising that she had been robbed, Grandmother made a police report immediately.
